History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Dilettante, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a Soapmaker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He's also a talented Carpenter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Miles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: 5'3" and muscular, this eastern man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His head has been shaved. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Miller. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
