Guy Beckwith, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Guy is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Guy took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To protect his home; and to clean up the streets
Ideals: Justice. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Guardian, Poor, Nature. Occupation: Stableman
Voice: Puts emphasis on the wrong words

Personal [hide]
Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'3". He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, and his gloved hand is found clutching a longbow. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Guy does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Hunter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Guy took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
