Henry took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

History: Anselm lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Conrad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
