History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. After a long history of fighting, Shane and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Frederick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: William was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.
