History: The child of a Knight, who enjoyed hunting, Nicholas was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Clerebold was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

History: Hunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Hunter reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has achieved small success as a Knight.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
