History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Theobald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in the south. His first spouse was a Navigator, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: The child of a Architect, who enjoyed hunting, Godfrey was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He bought a bow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: Human compassion; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
