Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Kyle was born the youngest of three triplets. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Conrad was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dyer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many gnolls want him driven away
