History: Arnold lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Arnold alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is greedy

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears an entirely blue suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has no hair. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Alex was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sage. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Ploughman soon after.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
