Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
