History: Charles was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Conrad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Conrad was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Raymond grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kyle studied abroad. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
