Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. William enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and to clean up the streets
