Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thomas embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a violet cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Tim was born with his father's beautiful face. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Richard was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Guard. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born to a Carpenter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
