Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a green poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Anselm alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of giants

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with his Locksmith father left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and to be a masseuse again

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He prefers to wear flannel. His hair is short and auburn. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Percival abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Percival was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels kind of lost in life
