One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Miles took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available he will default to his sai, marred by teas. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Slave Trader who has hired him part-time. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Norman was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He takes great joy in being the best Sailor in town.

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
