Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Roger was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Junk Dealer. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
