Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sailor for the past few years.
