Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and Conrad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Gifted from a young age, Theobald studied abroad. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: Dustin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and regain custody of his son
