Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down, and is pretty ugly. He wears his black hair down. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears skinny pants and wears a grey and brown robe with the hood down. His hair is auburn and very short. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bernard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a black feathered hat and black clothes. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the right. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lance does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He is content; and to end his boredom

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born into a rich family. Anselm abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a deep hatred of gnolls
