History: The child of a Stableman, who enjoyed hunting, Don was taken on many hunting expeditions. His first spouse was a Stableman, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Herbalist, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bernard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
