History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Conrad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Conrad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Jocelyn is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
