Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Frederick was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Apothecary. He now mingles about in high society.
