History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant father left him crippled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Gifted from a young age, Peter studied abroad. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
