History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there.
