History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Nicholas wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He bought a scythe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
