Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Robert and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Robert discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Robert fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
