History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He tends to his Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
