History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Charles was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
