History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his absent mother
