History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his father's many stories. His first spouse was a Spice Merchant, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
