Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Norman took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a black cloak and cross-gartered pastel stockings. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Stableman but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and many brigands want him driven away

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and an old rival family wants him found
