History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student he started as a Tanner, but he got bored and became a Priest. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by giants. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a yellow shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and brown pants, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'3". He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to end his boredom

Description: This man wears a worn and beaten armor. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Reynard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and he has a crush on the local engraver
