After coming to the age of reason, Simon took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He struck the Healer job and began his own company from there.
