Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Bernard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Bernard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His childhood dream was to be a Stylist, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: This man usually wears his yellow robe and has his falchion always slung over his shoulder. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his right hand. He has no hair. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his yellow robe. His brown hair is cut short. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He bought a lance and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Description: He is wearing a long, white cloak. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His golden hair is knotted and matted. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. After a long history of fighting, Adelard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To be a Spice Merchant again; and further expansion of business
