Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears dull white sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
