Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Odo hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Odo began to lead the lost caravan. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Odo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he wants revenge against gnolls

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Jocelyn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stableman for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Barkeep again; and wants to open a new tavern
