Description: He stands about 5'1" and tends to wear a green poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ploughman business.

History: Roger was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is wearing a long, blue, dusty cloak. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Richard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Ernest hails from a village terrorized by drow. His first spouse was a Fletcher, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to unite with his brother

History: He comes from a rich western family. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bricklayer and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his sister

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
