History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Theobald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Theobald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his painting dream.

His hair is long and white with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Ralf was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is obsessed with his god.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and human compassion

History: He was born in the north. His childhood dream was to be a Engraver, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tanner.
