His hair is brown and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Jocelyn took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
