History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. History: Thomas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Thomas never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Balimaar has worked very hard to control his curse. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
