History: He was born in a small mountains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Thomas took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Theobald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
