Hugh Stanford, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
Ideals: Impeccable. Flaws: Ugly, Antagonistic, Insane. Bonds: Poor, Mentor. Occupation: Fortune-teller
Voice: Puts emphasis on the wrong words

Adam Carlisle, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is lean but muscular and is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Map Maker. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: Adam was born with his father's beautiful face. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is wracked by social anxiety
Ideals: Persistence. Flaws: Cynical, Fearful. Bonds: Attractive, Rich. Occupation: Map Maker
Voice: Mumbles to self between sentences
