Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Don grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This slender man stands about 5'8". He wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. His hair is long and red with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
