History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Architect they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second son.
