Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Kyle was taken on many hunting expeditions. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. A freak accident while working with his Fortune-teller father left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
