History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At a young age his father died while driving off some dire rats. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in lance use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: This man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Lewis liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and is pretty ugly. He has wavy chestnut hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Hugh took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He bought a bastard sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: John was born the youngest of three triplets. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Peter was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bounty Hunter. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
