When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: Roger was born the youngest of three triplets. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
