History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Frederick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
