History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sellsword, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sellsword and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in the east to a Engraver, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Engraver.
