Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jocelyn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Richard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He married young, but lost his spouse to drow. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has wavy white hair. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his feathered blue hat.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Anthony was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Anthony's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
