History: Gilbert was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in the west to a Banker, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Banker. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

History: Aldous was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He tends to his Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Blacksmith and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was born into a rich family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people
